By receiving services at Dazzling Nail Bar, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies:

Thaos Nail and Spa courtesies ensure satisfactory and fair services for all of our treasured customers. We kindly request that all guests honor them. We kindly ask that all guests keep all conversations to a whisper instead of disrupting our other clients.

Your appointments are essential to the team members of Thaos Nail and Spa and us. Dates are reserved, especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations and appointment changes.
We Do Not accept appointments for a polish change, nail take-off, nail repair, lip wax, and brow wax. While reservations are recommended, walk-ins are always welcome for in-salon services.

- Outside nail supplies, including polish, dipping powder, chrome, tools, lotion, etc., are welcome, but charges are still the same.

SANITATION
We adhere to strict guidelines for sanitation and sterilization. All metal implements are sterilized and put in a sealed pouch for each use. Proper sanitation, safety, and hygiene are of the utmost importance here at THAOS NAIL AND SPA
For your and the staffs' protection, liners are used for all pedicure services. Files, buffers, pumice bar are all disposable.

CHILDREN SAFETY
Children are allowed in the spa only if they are receiving a service. In this salon & spa, guests must be responsible for their children’s behavior. THAOS NAIL AND SPA is not childproof. Sharp implements, tools, chemicals, and a busy, congested area make for a potentially dangerous environment for young children. THAOS NAIL AND SPA expert technicians and staff are dedicated to providing our guests with the highest level of services possible. We do not have the facilities to care for children. We cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. YOUR UNDERSTANDING IS GREATLY APPRECIATED!

PRICE
We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the latest and greatest. Although we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time.
Please note there are additional charges for add-on services such as length/ shape/ design/ fixing. Etc... When unsure, please ask your technician before starting your services as their main focus is to deliver you the best experience and service.

GUARANTEE, REDOS & REFUNDS
Of course, our professional staff is entirely excellent, and we are confident that you will love all of the services you receive here. If you are not satisfied with the service you have received, please notify us immediately. We want the opportunity to redo the service before you depart from the salon. However, if for any reason you are dissatisfied, we will gladly adjust the service within three days of the original appointment at no additional charge. No refund is given after it has been rendered.
We know accidents could happen, but you can always talk to us with confidence. Our five days service guaranteed warranty policy will cover you for the incident below with no charge.
– Enhancements and gel polish manicures are guaranteed for five business days after your appointment, excluding breakages. If you lose an enhancement or notice chips or lifting in the first five days, please call us to schedule a free repair. (Repairs must be arranged within three days of notification to the salon to be considered complimentary fixes.) Repairs after five days or for breakages, tears, and corner breaks without notifications are additional charges. (Please remember, nails are jewels, not tools. Be kind to your nails, and they will look beautiful for weeks after your service.)
For gel polish, color powder, dipping powder, acrylic- Although we have matching colors, Reg-Gel-Dip-Sample (up to 95% match), we DON’T GUARANTEE that they exactly match colors. Sometimes, they have slightly different hues due to the manufacturer's ingredients and base colors of the wheel and nail beds. Our technician will ask customers before any color polishing is to be performed. If the third nail is completely color polished, no changing of color is allowed. If a change is requested, the customer will have to change the color at additional services. Also depends on your nail's condition; if you had designs or gems on your nails that fell off or you changed your mind after you had it done, you will have to pay additional costs for it. We will not offer any refund or credit note because you have changed your mind.
Manicures services with regular nail polish are not guaranteed. However, we would be glad to fix them for you. Must be called in within 24-48 hours after initial service and schedule an appointment for a nail fix. Please do not email for fixes. Please call the salon. We want to serve you as soon as we can.

RESPECT
Profanity, racial or sexual slurs, or disrespectful speech or behavior of any kind will never be tolerated. The staff and management of Tysons Nail Lounge respect all of our guests; everyone is welcome. We do not discriminate or tolerate discrimination based upon race, creed, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, ability, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, height, weight, or age.
Our professional's staff reserve the right to refuse service/treatment or end a session if; Our professional's staff are put in an uncomfortable situation at any time by the client; If our professional's staff deem the environment or condition to be unsafe or unsanitary; If the spa professional feel they are in imminent danger. We also reserve the right to refuse service if any of the following apply:
Overconsumption of alcohol and other substances broken skin and lesions. Any severe or contagious medical conditions not mentioned at the time of 'reservation Misconduct, including but not limited to; sexual advances, solicitation, and suggestive comments.

GIFT CARDS / PROMOS
THAOS NAIL AND SPA Gift Card must be presented at the time of service. If you are unable to perform the gift card, an alternative form of payment will be required. Tysons Nail Lounge is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Card. THAOS NAIL AND SPA Gift Card is non-refundable and is not redeemable for cash.
Promotional discounts and coupons may not be combined. Additionally, we are not responsible for and may refuse to honor lost or expired coupons or gift cards.

PAYMENTS & GRATUITIES
We accept cash and all major credit cards, including MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and THAOS NAIL AND SPA Gift Card. Personal checks are not allowed, and we do not give cash back on credit card charges. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Gratuity is not included in the service fees listed on our price list. Tipping is always left to your discretion. Choosing to give your Service Provider a 15-25% gratuity is appropriate when satisfied with your service. You may leave your tip on your credit card or in cash. Our com
